Number One Dungeon Supplier
Chapter 2250: Father, Daughter, Grandson -Part 4This was the first time that Jin ever saw the revelation of their panda cultivation styles towards Jin. Even though they were stuck with Grade 10 in order to accommodate Yun's maximum level of cultivation, the vibe that she emanated what was not any simple Grade 10 level.
The dungeon supplier never expected that his mother could be this powerful as the Panda that came out was not any ordinary creature. Despite maintaining the silhouette of a Panda, one could see that it had wings attached to its four legs. As it walked in front of Yun as a sign of an attempt to protect it, the feathery wings would momentarily change between black and white.
Sure, it was distracting but that was perhaps the purpose of it all. And as Yun poured more chi into the silhouette, the wings would expand even more in an upward position, and the surrounding stale wind of the current barren grey background that they were in would swirl towards the Panda.
"Griffin Panda Style," Yun said as she raised her sword towards Jin. "The reason why Grandma Yuan is always so annoyed with me is because I was one of her best disciples as much as she does not want to admit it."
"That girl…" Ming sighed. "She always pretended to use the Griffin Style in order to chase after her husband. But the problem is that she never forgets her roots of the Panda."
Yun nodded her head and continued explaining. "Instead, I combined the teachings of our Panda Style and Griffin Style together, to create the Griffin Panda Style."
"But she was too smart and able to cover it until she reached Grade 10 where the Panda Cultivation within her outgrew the Griffin that she had been disguising all this while," Ming remarked. "And sadly, the breakthrough to Grade 10 happened right in front of Yuan."
"So…Grandma Yuan saw the breakthrough as the Griffin Panda and got mad?"
"Of course!" Ming exclaimed. "Do you think it is that easy to reach Grade 10?"
"Well... Quite a number of my cultivator customers reached Grade 10…?" Jin tried to play down the capability of achieving Grade 10."But did the System had indicated that they reach Grade 10 and cited that their foundation is too weak?" Ming questioned Jin and the latter relunctantly nodded his head.
"Yeah. The System did mention that most of them could not clear content well enough, only my Pandawans are able to do so. Most Pandarens reached Grade 10 too quickly."
"This is because to be able to portray a large silhouette does not mean they had achieved Grade 10. We call these cultivators Pseudo Grade 10s. They might have been able to emit out a Large Silhouette due to their consistent usage of skills, and inspirational breakthroughs. But they might at most still be Grade 7-8. This is because fighting on a consistent basis and gaining spiritual powers through your dungeons would temporarily expand their chi capacity. This is also because they are working in a spiritually rich environment."
"But I stopped providing spiritual enhancement for most of the dungeon instances," Jin explained and Ming shook his head.
"The dungeon instance itself in essence is filled with much spiritual powers. Every time your Pandawans…? Fight and stay long in the dungeon instance, they would be able to absorb and interact with the spiritual energy within the instance. This is much more significant in your store because the System provides top tier dungeon instances out for your customers. Not to mention, your Tree Mall is filled with many dungeon instances."
"Why do I feel like this is becoming a lecture rather than a duel?" Jin telepathically sent his message to Yun.
"He acts this way all the time. That is why training is always so long. Do you mean he never did this when you were younger?" Yun returned the telepathic message.
"No? He was rather stern in the training and never spoke much. You mean he is like this when you are under him?"
"Yes. All the time. The only way to get him to keep quiet is to just nod your head and listen to all he had to say without saying a single word."
"Sigh, the older generation… Maybe he is just too happy that you are around and he finally returned to his former self."
"Don't you two know that I can sense that both of you are sending messages. Seriously, youngsters these days." Ming grumbled as he too finally revealed his Panda Silhouette. While not at exquisite as the Yun's Panda, it had its own ruggedness.
It maintained every single thing that a Panda would normally have with the exception that one of its eyes was glowing with electricity. However, when Jin attempted to focus more on it, he noticed that it was not just moving with electricity. He could sense the various elements rotating each time the silhouette blinked, just that the electrical element was stronger compared to the rest of the elements.
"Dad's Panda can control elements just as how you are able to conjure multiple forms of elemental pandas," Yun explained, in hopes that if she had said it earlier, Ming might not have given another form of lecture to them. In short, she spoiled the fun of allowing her father to boast about how his Panda could potentially be superior to Jin's.
"However, I would not be using the Wind Element as that is for Yun to handle." Ming said and Jin's Astral Panda merely glowed with starry sparkles right behind him. He did not need much introduction to his Astral Panda mainly because the both of them had already seen enough of it.
And that was the problem with this fight. The two elders knew Jin's capability but the dungeon supplier had no information other than what was spoken in the past few minutes. Whether can he win or not would leave it to his ability to respond to changes.
"Once more, I greet my elders with respect." Jin knew that that they had dragged their introduction way longer than needed and he rushed towards Ming instead of Yun to get the ball rolling.
