After the Lobster Queen was finally defeated, the entire group dropped into the floor, completely exhausted, not only physically but also from their Mana reserves, even Aquarina who had the largest of the group felt like she was almost completely drained, barely able to move thanks to her Spirits being inside of her body through their Special Spirit Vessel Skill.

“Phew… Man, that was a good one!” Aquarina smiled, feeling refreshed and relieved it was over, and also happy she got to learn a lot through that battle.

She checked her System Status, finding some new notifications, several of them actually.

Among them, Divinity Spark remained the most mysterious, it was already Level 3 too, but it had yet to even reveal what it was.

Aquarina almost gasped in disbelief, not only her training while fighting seemed to have worked, but she also even gained four skills out of that!

The Dark Whip Arts was when she used her dragon tail to fight and sweep foes.

Her Wind-Soaring Kicking Arts when she used Heavenly Step to fight with powerful kicks that released mighty winds.

The Abyssal Sea Fist Arts was when she combined her Aura and infused it into her punches, making her blows incredibly lethal as they damaged a foe’s internal body with shockwaves generated by her oceanic aura.

And lastly, Dragon Blade Arts, a lesser form of Sylphy’s own Swordsmanship Arts!

With this, Aquarina felt much stronger as well, they would certainly complement her fighting style, and make her much more formidable, as she’ll make use of all her body while battling.

“A good one?! You almost died!” Silvia complained, also over the wet floor, answering Aquarina’s previous words.

“Doesn’t she almost die all the time? This is a common Aquarina shenanigan at this point…” Justicio yawned, feeling sleepy and tired. “Man, I feel so tired… No more Dungeon Exploration please.”

“I think this is the last floor,” said Aquarina. “We’ll have to check later though. We should eat more to recover our energies. Food cooked using monster materials and Cooking Magic always restores the body’s Stamina and Mana quickly. It’s not weird for expedition or adventuring teams that explore large dungeons to have like ten meals a day.”

“T-That many?!” Silvia asked. “I’m quite new to the dungeon exploration and its culture and traditions… Is it normal to just eat whatever you find?”

“Yeah, to save money on provisions and such, adventurer parties always have someone with Cooking Magic that can disinfect and extract the poison out of monsters, so they’re ready to cook and be eaten. This way adventurer parties can survive for weeks, months, or sometimes even go for years! Usually the latter only happen with really big dungeons, I haven’t visited big ones yet,” Aquarina explained. “But I’ve heard about a Great Labyrinth with a Hundred Floors, which is said to be where the Evil God of Dungeons live.”

“Wait, what? Where did you hear that?” Justicio slowly sat down after noticing Aquarina standing up and stretching a bit.

“My mom and my dad had told me about it sometimes,” Aquarina said. “They said they explored a couple of the first floors, they reached only up to floor 30 when they were young before retreating… They said it was simply not worth the effort.”

“That’s interesting… And yeah I’m really hungry,” Silvia groaned. “Ah, right! Khepri, where’s your ornament at?”

No response, nobody saw Khepri anywhere.

“Khepri? Where are youuuuu!”

Silvia slowly stood up looking for her spirit, walking around. Aquarina and Justicio ended joining her, looking for Khepri.

Eventually, they felt her spiritual presence.

“She’s… down there?!”

Silvia gasped, realizing Khepri had gone all the way into the depths of the saltwater hole for some reason.

“Maybe that’s where her ornament is!” said Aquarina. “Let’s just wait for her.”

“Uh, I sure hope it is, I don’t want to fight any more monsters to get those things…” sighed Justicio.

SPLAAASH!

Out of nowhere, a bright light surged from the depths of the water, splashing the water everywhere.

The trio glanced in disbelief as a giant golem emerged, shaped like a golden cat, with a big crimson mirror merged with a crown over its head.

The mechanical cat descended into the floor with loud noises, its size surpassing five meters of height.

CLAAANK!

“Hey! I’m back! I found my Ornament down there! The Orichalcum Golem had stopped working due to the saltwater, it also got crushed by the Lobster Queen, hahaha! I finally got all three!”

It was Khepri!

“Oh wow that’s so nice Khepri!” said Silvia.

“Yeah! I’ve now gotten all my memories…” Khepri’s voice suddenly became deeper. “And I’ve also learned my true purpose. Yes, my purpose… To eliminate you.”
