SUPREME ARCH-MAGUS

Chapter 907 - 907: Mystic Sky Antelope Cave!

Grand Arena on top of Immortal living pool mountain…

Smoke still curled from the crater in the center of the Grand Arena of the Immortal Living Pool Academy. The two titanic young cultivators had clashed in a life and death battle that would be remembered for generations.

Lee Dong lay unconscious, body broken yet alive.

Sparky—the golden-scaled dragon unfurled his enormous wings. His eyes, filled with rage and anguish, scanned the scorched battlefield and locked onto Kent’s crumpled, unconscious body.

Without waiting for permission or concern for protocols, Sparky rose like a bolt of divine lightning.

The beast’s massive claws scooped Kent gently but swiftly from the crater. As another healer elder tried to stop the beast, Sparky let out a pulse of lightning so blinding and raw that even Peak Immortal Elders had to avert their gaze.

BOOM!

With a final roar that made mountains tremble and wind howl, Sparky flapped his celestial wings and ascended into the sky, tearing the clouds apart as he flew towards the distant wilds of the Immortal living pool Forest—a place untouched by sect politics, unreachable by casual pursuit.

Sparky, now soared like a streak of light above the canopy of the Immortal Pool Forest, his wings tearing through clouds and his heart ablaze with urgency.

In his claws lay Kent, limp and blood-soaked, his golden scales fading, cracked from within. His breathing was shallow, lips trembling faintly with each exhale. The wounds from Forbidden Dark Sun Blast had not only shattered his body but rattled the very core of his spirit.

But Sparky wasn’t flying without aim. He knew where to go.

Deep within the forest, beyond the recognition of any sect maps, lay a hidden cave nestled beneath the roots of an ancient blackwood mountain tree. It was the dwelling of the Mystic Sky Antelope Herd—a beast clan sacred and secretive, who possessed great vitality and restorative aura.

Kent had once come here in his quest to collect beast cores, where he was supposed to hunt the Mystic Sky Antelope for their rare cores. But instead of killing them, he’d chosen mercy. With reverence, he had made a pact with their pact leader in exchange for beast cores.

The Pack leader had bowed once in agreement with Kent.

And now, that promise returned to him like karma.

As Sparky landed before the moss-covered entrance, the mist surrounding the cave shifted. From its shadows, golden-antlered antelopes began to emerge—spiritual creatures with eyes like crystal lakes and bodies made of moonlight. Without hostility, they moved aside.

The pack leader, his horns adorned with natural jade, stepped forward. With a silent nod, he lowered his head and let out a soft chime from his throat. The mist receded, and the healing winds of the cave opened.

Sparky stepped in, his large body carefully squeezing through the natural archway of roots. He laid Kent down on a glowing crystal slab inside the spiritual cavern. The Mystic Sky Antelopes formed a circle around Kent, their breathing synchronizing into a unified rhythm, sending waves of tranquil energy into the air.

The pack leader licked the blood from Kent’s cheek with a soft murmur. Then he turned to Sparky.

“He gave us mercy,” he said in a melodious ancient tongue. “We shall return it with life.”

Back in the Grand Arena, where stone had cracked, banners had fallen, and silence had overtaken the once-thunderous coliseum, Bu Dong knelt beside his son Lee Dong, who lay unconscious in the center of the still-smoking crater.

Bu Dong’s robes were fluttering in the scorched air, his expression a mix of relief and disbelief. Around him, elite spirit healers and soul restorers were working furiously. Flasks of heavenly dew and soul-repair incense circled Lee Dong’s form, forming a healing formation.

“Inject the Star Reversal Pill! Activate the Rebirth Sutra!” shouted Bu Dong.

Lee Dong’s wounds slowly began to close. The massive four-finger slash from Kent that had run down his body like divine punishment had cut deep into his cultivation veins. But the Violet Pill he had swallowed earlier had stabilized his core.

The elders watching from the sidelines spoke in hushed, shaken tones.

“He should have died… if not for that violet pill…”

“That boy Kent fought without a peak weapon, and still… he almost killed a genius raised for two decades by the academy…”

“He may have lost the battle, but he has won every heart.”

Even the disciples who once mocked Kent stood in awe. One-bold outer disciple whispered, “That dragon-form… what kind of secret bloodline is that?”

But above the arena, something greater stirred.

High above the clouds of the Immortal Living Pool Arena, a solitary figure floated—his long black robes like storm shadows, his eyes like deep whirlpools. His skin bore the markings of ancient serpent sigils, and the air around him shimmered with latent water law.

He was the Old Ancestor of the Naga Clan—a being from a distant ocean realm, powerful enough to command tsunamis with a flick of his wrist. A Late Heavenly Magus.

He had witnessed everything.

From Kent’s defiance, his transformation into a golden dragon, the collapse of his bow after summoning the phoenix spirit, and even the strike that carved Lee Dong like a scroll of karma—all of it was etched into the old man’s soul.

From within his sleeve, he withdrew a celestial jade slip and channeled divine consciousness into it. The message flowed from his soul like sacred ink onto a blank scripture.

“To Her Serpentine Majesty, Princess of the Eastern Deep,”

“The child of prophecy has revealed himself.

He bore the scales of dragon and the soul of storm.

He fought until the very skies wept and the earth cracked.

His body has been taken by a divine dragon beast to a healing ground only known to fate. I do not believe this is coincidence.

He is the one you spoke of in your dreams—the child who will open the sealed gate. He alone can fulfill the task we have awaited for a hundred years.”

“Send the Life Rebirth Pill. Without it, his soul may scatter.”

The old man’s finger flared with divine fire, and the slip vanished into a trail of azure mist—traveling across a million miles, where the Naga Princess, cloaked in ocean mist and divination light, opened her eyes in the deepest part of the Sea Ancestral Temple.
